We continue to follow New Hampshire Best Business Practices. Some of these policies will be temporary and some of these policies will become permanent. Also listed is what we will be expecting of our guests during this time.
We are continuing to provide contactless check in and check out. Your credit card will be processed prior to your arrival. When you arrive, there is a welcome station set up outside the office. In the welcome station will be an envelope with your last name. Inside the envelope is your room key and property map and your check in papers. Please sign the provided paperwork and leave in the drop box. We can be reached by phone.
Please follow quarentine guidance as it pertains to you per DHHS/CDC.

We have outsourced our laundry to be provided and cleaned by a professional linen company, People's Linen.
Providing clean rooms has always been a top priority for us. We shall continue providing incredibly clean rooms as always. We will take extra care on all high touch points; light switches, remote controls, sink handles etc.
Guests staying more than one night will have a second set of towels already in their room upon check in. Stay over service will only be for guests staying four (4) nights or more.
All hotel amenities are open seasonally, including pool, firepit, and grills and picnic areas. Please maintain social distance and overcrowding.

Please place your trash outside your door before noon for pickup. If you cannot place your trash outside before noon, you must keep it inside your room until the next day. Bears and other animals are attracted to trash left outside.
Recycling is mandatory in New Hampshire. You must put your recycles in the provided recycling bins. If we have to remove recycles out of your trash there will be a $50 health and safety charge to separate your trash.
There are no longer capacity limits on areas. New Hampshire Best practices are to avoid overcrowding and please keep your social distance. Please keep this in mind at the pool, porch, grills and the fire pit.
Guests must provide their own pool towels.
Charcoal grills have been installed near the picnic areas. Guests may also bring their own portable grills. Please set up grills near picnic tables or in parking lots away from buildings. Guests must also bring their own grilling tools.
